Open Ranch
This Isn’t Your Typical Petting Zoo.
Saturdays 3–5 PM • FREE Admission through December 2026
All Ages Welcome • All Abilities Welcome • Wheelchair-Friendly
At Open Ranch, you don’t just walk around and look at animals from the other side of a fence. You get to experience the ranch.
Hold a chicken. Feed the animals. Meet horses, goats, sheep, alpacas, pigs, ducks, Tina the llama, CiCi the cow, and all the other personalities that call HHH Ranch home.
And the animals are only part of it.
Kids can climb and play on the hay bales, dig in the pea gravel pit, ride our little-kid roller coaster, and burn off some energy on the playground.
Bring a picnic. Find a shady spot under the trees. Pull up a chair near the horses. Stay for 20 minutes or spend the whole afternoon.
Every Animal You Meet Has a Story.
Every animal at HHH Ranch has been rescued.
So when your child is giggling while feeding a goat, holding a chicken, or standing nose-to-nose with a horse, they're doing more than visiting a petting zoo. They're meeting an animal who was given a second chance.
Some came to us neglected. Some were surrendered by families who could no longer care for them. Others needed a safe place to land. Today, they aren't just safe—they're helping us create a place where people can connect, learn, play, and heal.
Your visit also helps support our rescue mission. Every bag of feed purchased, donation made, story shared, and person who learns about HHH Ranch helps us continue saying yes when another animal needs us.
You aren't just feeding an animal. You're helping support a rescue.
We Want Kids to Be Kids Again.
Open Ranch is intentionally simple.
There’s no schedule to follow and no pressure to rush from one activity to the next. Kids can explore, get dirty, laugh, play, interact with animals, and enjoy being outside.
And while they’re busy being kids, adults get a chance to just be.
Sit beneath a tree. Drink your coffee. Talk with someone you love. Watch the animals. Take a breath. Or do absolutely nothing for a little while.
Come as You Are.
Open Ranch is for everyone—from little ones to grandparents and everyone in between. Our ranch is wheelchair-friendly, and we welcome individuals of all abilities.
Have a child who’s a runner? We understand that outings can sometimes feel stressful. Our Open Ranch area is completely fenced in, giving families an added layer of peace of mind while kids explore, play, and enjoy the ranch.
There’s no set path or schedule you have to follow. Explore at your own pace and make your visit whatever you need it to be.

A Place for Our Community
Open Ranch has always been about connection—connection with animals, nature, family, and one another.
After our community experienced tremendous loss, we decided that access to this space shouldn't depend on someone's ability to pay. Open Ranch will remain completely free every Saturday from 3–5 PM through the end of 2026.
You don't need a reason to come.
Come because your kids need somewhere to play. Come because they love animals. Come because you could use a quiet afternoon outside. Come with your teenager. Bring Grandma and Grandpa. Come for a picnic. Come to laugh. Come to breathe.
No admission. No expectations. No explanation needed.
