Welcome to HHH Ranch!
Supporting People & Animals In Their Time of Need
Here you’ll find in Manhattan, IL a 501c3 sanctuary for healing people and animals alike. Individuals with physical and mental disabilities find confidence through our riding lessons, farmer classes, and camps.
HHH offers healing and hope for animals in need, too, using rehabilitated rescue horses to provide our services. Beyond the pasture, HHH reaches into our community, allowing them to experience the gentle impact of our animals as well. Join us to experience how tranquility invites kindness!
HHH has been blessed with a problem..... We have outgrown our current facility! We have been in search of new properties and have narrowed it down to a few. The cost... 1.2 to 1.5 million.
The properties we are looking at our within the Chicago land area and have a minimum of 40 acres. We cannot expand our programs without more space!
Last month people had to be turned away from Farm Fest as we simply ran out of parking. We want to offer even more events that knock down social barriers between people with and without disabilities.
With this new property we will be able to:
*Offer trail rides on site for those of all abilities
*Grow our own hay (an expense of nearly $13,000/yr)
*Have a large insulated arena to have comfortable lessons all year long
*More space for rescues
*Classroom for year round farmers classes
*Space for our Adult Farmers to learn to grow their own crops of their choosing
Exciting News... We've outgrown our space!
